We had a great time at the BUGA 2019 on friday 16 and saturday 27th, where we played for thousands of people! We’re gathering some nice pictures and video’s (there are already a few on our Facebook page) and post these here. It was magical! “The” Woodstock weekend started amazing!
Then on Sunday 18th, we played 5 songs on the famous German Live TV-Show ‘Fernsehgarten’. After that we quickly jumped in the van to drive to… Nürnberg. (video follows!)
So sunday night, we started the show and the atmosphere was superb. All day, the weather was great, and we all – although a bit tired from 2 BUGA shows, the TV-appearance and all the travelling – went in with 100%. And then disaster struck… during the first song, all hell broke loose. A tornado came over Nürnberg, straight over the Serenadenhof where we played… videoscreen came crashing down, chairs flying, panic, damages, water pooring everywhere… hail as big as marbles battering down on what was left on stage. We could not go forward with the show, to our biggest, biggest regret. We played a few songs acoustically for the audience. Luckily, no one was harmed.
